Interior, Exterior, or Combo — at any service tier, on any vehicle. Every paid detail earns one stamp. Add-ons alone do not earn stamps.

Four visits, four stamps. Bring the card back each time you book. Stamp progress is tracked on file by phone number, so lost cards don't lose progress.

Your fifth detail is free, up to a Premium combo on your vehicle. Want Elite or paint correction instead? Pay the price difference plus add-ons at standard rate.

Program Details & Rules
  1. Stamps are earned on paid Slate detail services: Interior Only, Exterior Only, and Combo packages (Original, Essential, Premium, Elite). One stamp per booking, regardless of service tier or vehicle size.
  2. Add-ons (pet hair removal, headlight restoration, ozone treatment, ceramic coating, etc.) do not earn stamps when purchased without a base detail service. Add-ons attached to a base service do not earn an additional stamp.
  3. The free fifth visit is capped at the Premium combo for the customer's vehicle tier on the day of redemption. To upgrade the free visit to Elite or to add paint correction, the customer pays the price difference plus any add-ons at standard rate.
  4. The free fifth visit is always valued at the Premium tier of the vehicle actually being serviced on the redemption visit — not the highest-tier vehicle ever stamped on the card.
  5. Add-ons on the free fifth visit are always billed at standard pricing. Add-ons are never free or discounted under the Slate Card program.
  6. The Slate Card may be combined with active Slate promotions and the referral program, but the total combined discount on any single visit is capped at 25% off. The free fifth visit itself does not stack with additional combo discounts.
  7. Slate reserves the right to refuse stamp credit or redemption for bookings later canceled, refunded, charged back, or otherwise unpaid.
  8. Cards are transferable between people but not between businesses. A customer may gift, share, or transfer a partial or completed card.
  9. Cards expire twelve (12) months from the date of the first paid stamp. Expired cards cannot be redeemed, extended, or refunded. Lost cards are not replaced physically, but stamp progress is tracked on file by phone number.
  10. Slate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Slate Card program with reasonable notice. Stamps already earned will be honored under the program terms in effect at the time they were earned.

Commercial vehicles, done right.

XL / HD / Dually Class

The XL/HD/Dually class covers F-250, F-350, F-450, F-550, Ram 2500/3500, Silverado 2500/3500 HD, and dually configurations. Vehicles with fifth-wheel or gooseneck hitches receive additional bed degreasing as part of the detail. Six-wheel duallys require additional wheel cleaning labor, included in the class pricing. Often these are work trucks for HVAC, plumbing, and construction trades — initial restoration may be quoted separately if the vehicle hasn’t been detailed in a long time.

Cargo Vans & Sprinters

Cargo vans and Sprinter-class vehicles are quoted based on size:

  • Standard cargo vans (Transit, ProMaster, Sprinter 144 standard roof) — priced as Truck class ($200 Combo Essential retail before fleet discount)
  • High-roof or extended vans (Sprinter 170 HR, Transit HR EXT) — priced as XL/HD/Dually class ($234 Combo Essential retail before fleet discount)

Standard quote covers exterior wash + driver cabin (front seats, dash, floor mats). Cargo bay is a separate add-on:

  • Light cargo bay (clean, organized) — $75
  • Moderate (typical work van, debris, light dirt) — $125
  • Heavy (oil spills, tool marks, sawdust) — $200

Wraps and decals receive pH-neutral cleaning at no additional charge.

How we run fleet accounts.
Service Cadence. Most fleets run monthly. Heavy-use vehicles (delivery, service, construction) benefit from biweekly. We'll recommend a cadence based on your vehicle use, route conditions, and budget.
Scheduling. Standard service is Monday through Thursday — daytime or evening, depending on your operational needs. We coordinate directly with your operations manager to minimize disruption. Weekend service is available by special request with an additional fee.
Payment & Invoicing. Monthly or quarterly invoicing standard for fleet accounts. Net-30 terms available for Fleet Pro and Fleet Elite tiers. Single consolidated invoice covering all vehicles serviced. Pay by check, ACH, or card.
On-Site Requirements. Access to a parking area large enough for vehicles to be staged side-by-side. Water access preferred but not required (truck-mounted tank carries 65 gallons). Power access preferred for extractors and corded equipment. Generator on-site as backup.
Service Agreements. No long-term lock-in. One-Time, Monthly, and Quarterly options give you control. Recurring programs require 30-day written notice to cancel. Switch cadence at any time.
Quality Documentation. Every service includes before/after photos delivered to your designated contact. Pre-service walkaround documents each vehicle's starting condition. Issues flagged for your awareness — paint damage, interior wear, mechanical concerns we notice during detail.
Geographic Coverage. La Crosse, Onalaska, Holmen, West Salem, Bangor, Galesville, Sparta, Tomah, Trempealeau, La Crescent, Winona, and surrounding communities within a 30-mile radius of La Crosse. Travel fees may apply beyond this radius.

Three is our minimum. Below that, our retail Original and Essential tiers already beat most local competitors on a per-vehicle basis.
Both. Some fleets prefer all vehicles serviced the same day. Others rotate — 25% of the fleet per week, full rotation monthly. We accommodate either model.
We'll flag it during the on-site assessment and quote a one-time restoration price separate from the recurring fleet rate. After that initial reset, the vehicle joins the regular rotation at standard pricing.
Yes. We use wrap-safe, pH-neutral products on graphics and decals. Logo and decal restoration is available as a $10 per vehicle add-on.
Cargo vans and Sprinters are quoted based on size — standard vans price as Truck class, high-roof or extended vans price as XL/HD/Dually class. Cargo bay detailing is a separate add-on quoted on site after we see the vehicle.
We service year-round. Winter packages emphasize salt removal, undercarriage rinse, and interior salt-stain treatment. Recommended cadence increases to biweekly from December through March for heavy-route fleets.
For recurring programs (Monthly or Quarterly), 30 days written notice. No early termination fees. One-Time services have no cancellation policy because there's no recurring commitment.
